Tyler likes to do a lot of hammerons with the notes of his chords (especially with his index finger) so to flesh out the sound of this chord trying playing around with hammerons with your index finger in all the different chords as you like the sound. Another good way to spice this song up is to try to use a walking base. Especially up to the C and between the Em and the G chords.
