Time signature: The original is probably a bar of 6/8 and a bar of 7/8,
I find it much simpler to think of the count as 3 bars of 3/4,
with a bar of 4/4 on the end...

The above is the sequence until it changes to alternating from Dm to C
for the verses, which are 3 beats to the bar for each chord.
KEY: Judging by performances on Youtube, the band play it live in Bbm.
A different version with Hugh Cornwell and Mariachi Mexteca is
performed a semi-tone lower, in Am.
TUNING: The original studio recording is quite sharp of concert pitch,
either the master tapes were sped up at the mixing stage, or the
harpsicord was not tuned to concert pitch.
CAPO: 1st fret (Will then sound in the recorded key of Bbm)
