Repeat main progression to fade.
Chords:
G: 320003
E7sus4: 020200
C: 032010
D7sus: 000210
Em: 022000
Bm7: x24232
Am7: x02010
Fill:
|-----------------------------------| |-----------------------------------| |--2s4s2--0--2----------------------| |-----------------------------------| |-----------------------------------| |-----------------------------------|

There is an electric guitar in the end playing a simple G (xxx033).
Most of the chords during the main progression will sound better
if you stick to the middle four strings, or add a high or low G.
That's how I play my favourite Randy Newman song. Enjoy
