The chords for this lovely song as played at several Flicker Sessions.

The following video shows the chords played very well especially in the later parts:

Here's a good tutorial video (not mine):

I have simplified some and adjusted a bit for ease of play and what I think sounds best playing this solo.

Don't be turned off by the "weird" chords if you're a beginner - Gadd11 and Fmaj7 are played like a
standard open C chord, except moving your fingers on the 2nd and 3rd fret one string up/down respectively,
which makes the transitions very easy. For C/G, put an additional finger on the 1st string 3rd fret.

For the intro, the last part of the chorus and the bridge(whenever you have the Am Gadd11 C F
chord sequence), you can use the following finger picking pattern:

e|---------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|-0h1---------3---------5---------5-------1---------1---------1---------1---------|
G|-------0---------0---------0---------0-------2---------2---------2---------2-----|
D|-----2---2-----0---0-----0---0-----0-------3---3-----3---3-----3---3-----3--(3)--|
A|-0-----------2---------3---------3-----------------------------------------------|
E|-----------------------------------------1---------1---------1---------1---------|

[Intro]
Am Gadd11 C F
Am Gadd11 C F

[Verse 1]
         C/G
When you feel your love's been taken
         Em
When you know there's something missing
       Am Gadd11 Fmaj7
In the dark, we're barely hangin' on
         C/G
Then you rest your head upon my chest
        Em
And you feel like there ain't nothing left
       Am Gadd11 Fmaj7
So I'm afraid that what we had is gone

[Chorus]
                    F
Then I think of the start
          C
And it echoes a spark
        Am Gadd11 C Fmaj7
And I remember the magic and electricity
                  F
Then I look in my heart
                C
There's a light in the dark
        Am Gadd11 C Fmaj7
Still a flicker of hope that you first gave to me
            Dm
And I wanna keep
             Am Gadd11 C F
Please don't leave
             Am Gadd11 C F
Please don't leave

[Verse 2]
         C/G
When you lay there and you're sleeping
         Em
Hear the patterns of your breathing
      Am Gadd11 Fmaj7
And I tell you things you've never heard before
       C/G
Asking questions to the ceiling
      Em
Never knowing what you're thinking
           Am Gadd11 Fmaj7
'Cause I'm afraid that what we had is gone

[Chorus]
                    F
Then I think of the start
          C
And it echoes a spark
        Am Gadd11 C Fmaj7
And I remember the magic and electricity
                  F
Then I look in my heart
                C
There's a light in the dark
        Am Gadd11 C Fmaj7
Still a flicker of hope that you first gave to me
            Dm
And I wanna keep
             Am Gadd11 C F
Please don't leave
             Am Gadd11 C F
Please don't leave

[Bridge]
    Am Gadd11 C F
And I want this to pass
    Am Gadd11 C F
And I hope this won't last
        Dm
Last too long

[Chorus]
                    F
Then I think of the start
          C
And it echoes a spark
        Am Gadd11 C Fmaj7
And I remember the magic and electricity
                  F
Then I look in my heart
                C
There's a light in the dark
        Am Gadd11 C Fmaj7
Still a flicker of hope that you first gave to me
            Dm
And I wanna keep
             Am Gadd11 C F
Please don't leave
