Gm  x-5-5-3-3-x
Use these 2 shapes rather than those that default in the highlighted chord charts below.

Below is a double stop melody piece that can be used as an intro, or solo, to
"Mona Lisa".  This transcription resolves to the key of D.  The original recording is
in Db, but the fingerings can, of course, simply be moved to any position.  It's fun to
play, and with some practice can be achieved fairly easily for a novice/intermediate
level player.  Some slides and a little finger vibrato make this sing.

[Verse 1]
     D                        G     D
Mona Lisa, Mona Lisa men have named you;
                                        A7
You're so like the lady with the mystic smile.
N.C.
Is it only 'cause you're lonely men have blamed you
                                      D

          A7                              D
Or just a cold and lonely, lovely work of art?
