I'll just write the chord names/notes as they'd look without a capo (focus on the shapes), with a little
clarification:

  *Any theory whizzes out there please change the name (and anything in the tab) if you know it.

Cmaj7   (x-3-2-0-0-0) - (add a G in the bass [3rd fret low E] if it sounds better to you)
B+add11 (x-2-1-0-0-0) - (can use a normal B+ w/out the high E, but I hear the high E in Mac's strum)

You're essentially hammering on each chord in the verse, palm muting for rhythm, and the G6 is repeated in the 
form of a hammer-on lick. Strumming up on the open strings helps a lot too.
