1)You can change some chords:
E A D G B e
G: -> G6: 3 2 0 0 0 0 (I play G6 rarely as solo, but I always as a duo guitar)
2)The verse and the chorus are tabbed between 8 and 12 because, I usually play
with classic guitar,and is hard to reach fret 15 or higher fluently by playing these guitars.
