Some tips:

1)You can change some chords to play it easier:
                 E A D G B e
G13sus4  ->  F#: 2 4 4 3 2 2
Bm11     ->  C9: - 3 2 3 3 -  (You can play too this chord with the first string as 0)
2)I play the intro like this, after that I play the chords normally because is harder to play and sing at the 
same time:
