Having Seen FJM a few times live and knowing his catalogue pretty well i've come to know the ways he plays
his chords and how he sets up his guitar. Im pretty confident (95%) this is how he whacks this one out.
I'd put this one on the intermediate scale because the melody over the song is quite complex and you
need your wits about you.

Tune your guitar down to Eb (each string down a semi-tone - or you know, play it higher, whatever)

I've marked a few of these strings (or x) cause they're tricky. be kind to yourself. they sound good too!
F#m Full Dim Bbm#5 E/G#
   Eb x x x
   Bb x 2 5(or x)
   Gb 2 3 4
   Db 1 4(or x) 2
   Ab 0 1 x
   Eb 2 x 4

Don't play it too fast. This isn't a race.

A E/G# B Bbm#5
Dance like a butterfly and drink like a fish
           A E/G# B Bbm#5
