This is the first tab I've done and I worked out the chords by ear. I think they're fairly accurate.
Don't worry if they sound a bit off at first, it's a great song with weird chords.

Standard Tuning (EADGBe)
Capo 1

Intro:
Am G D C
Am G D
Am G D C
Am G F

Verse I:
G F
I leave my thinking and my family at home
G F
To work the timber till my arms get numb
E C
I will be gone some day
E C
All my dreams and all my pain

Verse II:
G F
Those twisted visions of your own home town
G F
Those countless workers with their heads bowed down
E C
And I can see myself
E C
Cleaning gardens at that old hotel

Pre-Chorus:
D
And I want to give you everything you deserve
C G
And relieve you of those pressures that you feel
D
And as the cold comes and covers the minds
C D Em
I want to know that your body is real
Em C G
It's dark in the day and black in the night
         F C
I got no money but I'll be alright

Chorus:
Am G D C
Give me a call and I'll work for a number
Am G D
I'll fix your dreams for a price
Am G D C
Them boys up the street they would steal for their hunger
Am G F
What did you do with their lives

Verse III: (Same chords as previous verses)
G F
I pick the splinters from my fingers to find
G F
How many worries on my days and mind
E C
So I can hold my own
E C
The real reason why man must grow

Pre-Chorus:
D
I want to give you everything you deserve
C G
And relieve you of those pressures that you take
D
And as we dine on the bones of our betters
        C D Em
We will discover what the music can make
           C G
And all my mind knows we face
         F C
I'm only telling us to leave this place

Chorus: (Slight change)
Am G D C
Give me a call and I'll work for a number
Am G D
I'll fix your dreams for a price
Am G D C
Them boys up the street they would steal for their hunger
Am G D
What did you do with their lives

Coda:
Am G D C
Oh play me a song and I'll pay you in liquor
Am G D
And taste like you're wasting your time
Am G D C
Old man crying on the bank by the river
     Am G F (Pause)
Says goodbye to his children and wife
Em
Goodbye
    C G
One day the words I'll speak
F C
Won't mean nothing to me
No
