At the start of the chorus, for one beat of the second G chord, the note C is added at the first fret of the B string, making the chord a Gsus4. It's hard to explain but if you listen to the song it's easy to pick up. The G chords at the end of the verses carry on into the start of the next verse. However at the end the verses before the chorus there is a 1 bar pause in the music, again it'll be easier to work out by listening to the song :) Standard tuning.
