      I think she's playing with the lowest strings tuned to C#/G#/C#.  She never plays the upper strings as far as
I can tell, but it's essentially Drop-D tuning down a half step.  This makes the five-chords easier to play 
(not that they're hard in the first place), and gives the low-E string that slack sound.  But it's a rare 
tuning so I'd play it tuned down a full step.
