      I play this without a guitar pick so that I can pick the bass line for everything but the bridge with my
thumb.  That is, during the chord progression G C G D, use your thumb to pick the low G note for the first
G chord, then pick the C for the C chord, then pick the B for the second G chord, and then pick the open A
string for the D chord.
